Everything you need to know to begin teaching your very own StepIt or StepIt Strength classes right away! This 5-hour training course will begin with a full StepIt Strength Master Class after which you will learn:

• The science behind StepIt & StepIt Strength
• Form & Safety
• Class Structure
• Class Promotion & Advertising
• Instructor Skills including effective cueing, class interaction, modifications & more! After successful completion of the training, you will receive your Certificates of Completion for both StepIt and StepIt Strength as well as your official Instructor tank!

• Continuing Education Credits 8 AFAA/ .8 NASM
